Post diagnostic support

Diagnosis received… now what?
This is where the real journey begins. As Occupational Therapists, we’re the professionals who do, who get hands-on, and who bring practical action to the plan. We take the diagnosis and turn it into meaningful strategies that empower everyday life—whether it’s helping a child, young person or adult regain independence, recover from ‘burnout’, decrease occupational deprivation, master new skills, or find confidence in daily routines. Diagnosis is the starting point, but with OT, the future is full of possibilities. More specifically, we offer the following for families who have received a neurodiversity diagnosis:
- Hands on intervention
- Practical strategies for the individual in neuro-affirming approaches in co- production
- We use the latest neuroscience evidence base interventions !
- We make actual changes to individuals and families lives
- It is not talking therapy its ‘doing therapy’.
- Parent/coaching – how to be a sensory smart parent.
