About OT4me

We are an Occupational Therapy service based in York. Our OTs have further post graduate qualifications in Sensory Integration assessment and treatment. We work with individuals, families, children, teenagers, young adults, local authorities, schools & education providers, case managers and solicitors. We pride ourselves on being experienced knowledgeable specialists within the field. Our therapists have got extensive experience within a wide range of organisations, including NHS, Private, Educational and Charity settings. We have also had experience of tribunal cases.

  • Activities of daily living – dressing, eating, sleeping, accessing the community, social skills.
  • Self-regulation – difficulties with understanding emotions and body signals, having anxiety, anger or frequently upset.
  • Academic skills – difficulties with handwriting, PE, not managing in the classroom environment
  • Executive functioning skills – challenges with attention, organisational, planning, problem solving, time management, how these may impact your university or workplace.
  • Play skills – difficulties with development in play skills and playing with others
