Even if you’re not joining us in person, here are some easy things you can do to support your child over the holidays:

Create predictable routines – Use visual timetables or picture cards
Incorporate sensory breaks – Heavy work, deep pressure, or movement can reset the nervous system
Use a “calm kit” – Fidget toys, noise-cancelling headphones, or a weighted lap pad can do wonders
Stay connected – Even simple check-ins help children feel secure during changes
