Assessments

Our assessments support children and young people of all ages, from early years through to teenagers, helping each individual build the skills and confidence they need at their stage of life.

We use gold standard, evidence based assessment tools and gather information from home, school and other professionals to build a clear picture of your child’s strengths, challenges and day-to-day functioning.

We then translate this understanding into practical, achievable recommendations that support your child to thrive in the environments that matter most.

SUPPORT OPTIONS

Types of Assessment

Occupational Therapy Assessment

A detailed, child centred assessment exploring everyday function, sensory processing, regulation and participation at home, in school and in the community. It identifies strengths, barriers and practical recommendations to support meaningful change.

Diagnostic Assessment

A comprehensive assessment that gathers developmental history, behavioural observations and standardised measures to build a clear picture of a child's profile. It helps families understand needs, access appropriate support and plan next steps.

EHCP Assessment

A focused assessment that links a child's functional needs to educational outcomes. It provides clear evidence for EHCP applications or reviews, with recommendations that are specific, measurable and directly related to participation and progress.
