Evidence-based occupational therapy training supporting regulation, inclusion and participation in real-world settings.
OT4me delivers specialist training and consultancy for organisations working with children and young people. Our training is led by experienced Occupational Therapists and focuses on understanding the sensory, emotional and environmental factors that underpin behaviour, learning and wellbeing.
Who we work with:

- Early years settings and nurseries
- Mainstream primary and secondary schools
- Enhanced resource provisions and specialist schools

Why OT4me training is different
Many training courses focus on surface behaviours or generic strategies. OT4me training takes a different approach.
As Occupational Therapists, we look at how children interact with their environments, how sensory processing and regulation develop, and how adult responses and expectations can either support or overwhelm a child.
Our training is:
- Neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based
- Grounded in occupational therapy and sensory integration theory
- Informed by trauma and attachment frameworks
- Practical, realistic and achievable in busy settings
- Tailored to your organisation, cohort and priorities
