Louise Holdsworth

Specialist Occupational Therapist and
Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner

1st Class Honours degree in Occupational therapy, HPCP number OT67103 .Specialist Occupational Therapist/Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner,Business Owner providing Occupational Therapy/Sensory Integration assessment and intervention at OT4meLtd.

Louise is an Occupational Therapist who trained at Salford University, qualifying in 2012. Prior to this, Louise has over 20 years’ experience of working in the NHS and other care sectors in a variety of settings.

Louise has extensive experience of supporting people with additional needs, Autism Spectrum Condition and mental health conditions. Louise is a specialist Occupational Therapist and an Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner with a masters module in Autism, and is one of the Clinical Directors at OT4me Ltd.

Louise is fully insured and has an Disclosing and Barring Service certificate (DBS). Louise is registered with the Health and care professions council [HCPC] and Royal College of Occupational Therapists.

  • Functional Occupational Therapy Approaches, including the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills [AMPS]; calibrated AMPS rater
  • MOHO Trained including relevant assessment tools

Louise has been involved with volunteering with Teams4U charity and went to Uganda. This was to support local HIV testing teams to test and treat those living in rural Uganda. To engage locals in the HIV testing, the team played games and sports which attracted large crowds! The teams successfully tested and treated over 2,000 adults in the 12 day trip.

Louise also sponsors two children through Compassion charity.

Lizzie Huxford

Specialist Occupational Therapist and
Sensory Integration Practitioner

BHSc Occupational Therapy 2:1, HPCP number OT60721 and enhanced DBS. Specialist Occupational Therapist / Sensory integration Therapist , one of the Clinical Directors at OT4me Ltd, specialist service which provides occupational therapy and sensory integration assessment and treatment.

Lizzie is an Occupational Therapist who trained at York St John University, qualifying in 2009. Lizzie completed post graduate training in Sensory Integration Therapy in 2019 .

Lizzie has over 15 years’ experience of working in the National Health Service (NHS) and educational settings. Lizzie is fully insured and is registered with the Health and care professions council (HCPC), Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and the Sensory Integration Network.

Lizzie has extensive experience supporting people of all ages within a range of complex health and social needs including; Learning Disabilities, Behavioural difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Severe/chronic mental illness and within the Criminal Justice system with people sectioned under the Mental Health Act 1983. Lizzie joined as a Clinical Director at OT4m Ltd in 2020. Lizzie specialises within functional assessments and sensory integration assessments.

Lizzie moved to Yorkshire 15 years ago and loved it so much she never left! Lizzie has been involved in triathlons and various charity fundraising events. She is a mother to twin boys and is continually adjusting to the challenges of having a work life balance.
